Delivery Costs
All orders are sent, first class recorded, via Royal Mail from our charming office in London.Our commitment is to ensure that we deliver all orders within our time limits. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed the following day (excluding Sunday and public holidays).
International orders may be assessed for custom duties and taxes. Please note this is not included in the delivery cost.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Think Positive to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically orders are picked and sent within 3 working days from receipt of your order, but please allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries and 10-14 working days for goods to arrive for other destinations.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Once you have paid for your order online, you will be sent an order confirmation within 24hrs. We will contact you again by email letting you know when your order has been dispatched.
